Our recruitment process is straightforward and typically takes just a few weeks. After reviewing your application, we’ll reach out with the next steps.
We begin with a virtual “get-to-know” call via Teams with our HR team, giving you a chance to learn more about working at aedifion, while we get to know you better. After that, you’ll move on to a Competence Call with your potential team lead to discuss your skills and how they align with the role. Following that, the technical deep dive usually takes place in person at our office in Cologne, where you’ll meet your future teammates, get familiar with the work environment, and explore the technical requirements of the position. This stage also provides an opportunity for us to review the role’s expectations in greater detail.
