Data Lake

A Data Lake is a central, scalable data repository that stores large volumes of heterogeneous data such as measurements from building services systems, sensor data, operational logs, or metadata. This creates a comprehensive, loss‑free representation of all information relevant to building operations. In modern buildings and portfolios, the Data Lake forms the foundation for digital value creation: it enables the implementation of a digital twin, AI‑based analysis, and automated optimization.
